Multi-Family Investment Specialist / Marketing & Acquisitions

I am a full-time Multifamily Specialist focus on marketing and acquisitions with income property management experience, servicing markets throughout South Bay, Long Beach and the Greater Los Angeles Metro area.

Beside marketing and acquisitions, my duties are evaluating single assets and portfolios to provide evidence on the effectiveness of the present performance and monitoring market conditions to determine the long-term growth prospects for a given asset by:

• Assessing the location attributes of the subject property
• Conducting rent surveys of competitive projects in the immediate area. 
• Analyzing the current market positioning of the subject property in relation to 
  comparable sales and projects currently on the market. 
• Conducting a general overview of the regional economy.
• Analyzing the apartment market from a micro level perspective, including overall 
  rental rates, occupancy levels and new construction trends.
